Payment Information for Dancin’ Time Studios 2026/27 Season
1. Monthly Payment: This option involves paying the monthly fee, which will fluctuate based on the number of weeks in the month. (This payment method will waive the advantage of unlimited class pricing.)
Monday class weeks: SEPT. = 4, OCT. = 4, NOV. = 5, DEC. 3, JAN. = 3, FEB. = 3, MAR. = 4, ARP. = 4, MAY = 3 (33 weeks total)
Tuesday class weeks: SEPT. = 5, OCT. = 4, NOV. = 4, DEC. 3, JAN. = 4, FEB. = 4, MAR. = 5, ARP. = 4, MAY = 3 (36 weeks total)
Wednesday class weeks: SEPT. = 5, OCT. = 4, NOV. = 3, DEC. 3, JAN. = 4, FEB. = 4, MAR. = 4, ARP. = 4, MAY = 3 (34 weeks total)
Thursday class weeks: SEPT. = 4, OCT. = 5, NOV. = 3, DEC. 3, JAN. = 4, FEB. = 4, MAR. = 4, ARP. = 5, MAY = 3 (35 weeks total)
2. Even Payment Option: This option adjusts your total payment into nine equal installments, regardless of the number of weeks in a month.
3. Full Semester Payment: 5% discount, payment due on 8/31/2026 & 1/4/2027 (June & recital rehearsals are not included and will be added in May)
June and Recital Rehearsal Fee:
The final payment (June) and recital rehearsal fee is for dates 5/24 - 6/10, these dates are not included in the regular monthly payment estimate and will be added to your account on May 10, 2027.
Withdrawal from Classes:
If you decide to withdraw from classes before June, you will be charged the difference in the payment amount due. Please send an email to inform us of your withdrawal to avoid receiving statements and continuing to receive tuition withdrawals.
Recital:
The recital is scheduled for June 11th & 12th, 2027, at the Kepler Theater Hagerstown Community College. Subject to change.
Payment Due Dates:
The due date for all payments is the last week of the month preceding the month being paid. January’s payment is due on January 4, 2027. If a payment has not been received by the 7th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account. If you are behind in payments by more than six weeks, your child will not be able to participate in class until that payment is made. This also applies to costume due dates.
Discounts Offered:
Full Semester Payment: 5% discount, payment due on 8/31/2026 & 1/4/2027 (the final June payment & recital rehearsals are not included and will be added to your account on May 10th, 2027)
Sibling Discount: 20% discount off the first 2 siblings in a family. 30% off 4 or more siblings.
Military Discount: 10% off for our military families (discount does not apply to unlimited classes)
Unlimited Dance Classes (company classes not included in unlimited rates): $225.00 for students taking more than an average 6 45/60 minute classes a week.
