Payment Information for Dancin’ Time Studios 2025/26 Season
1. Monthly Payment: This option involves paying the monthly fee, which will fluctuate based on the number of weeks in the month. (This payment method will waive the advantage of unlimited class pricing.)
2. Even Payment Option: This option adjusts your total payment into nine equal installments, regardless of the number of weeks in a month.
June and Recital Rehearsal Fee: The June and recital rehearsal fee is not included in the monthly payment (2 weeks of class, except Mondays & 1 week of rehearsal (2/3 days in studio rehearsal & 1 dress rehearsal at HCC). It will be added to your account on May 15, 2026, to reflect the classes from May 26 to June 4 and the week of rehearsal and dress rehearsal from June 8 to June 11.
Withdrawal from Classes: If you decide to withdraw from classes before June, you will be charged the difference in the payment amount due. Please send an email to inform us of your withdrawal to avoid receiving statements and continuing to receive tuition withdrawals.
Recital: The recital is scheduled for June 12 and 13, 2026, at the Kepler Theater.
Payment Due Dates: The due date for all payments is the last week of the month preceding the month being paid. January’s payment is due on January 5, 2026. If a payment has not been received by the 7th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account. If you are behind in payments by more than six weeks, your child will not be able to participate in class until that payment is made. This also applies to costume due dates.
Discounts Offered:
Full Semester Payment: 3% discount, payment due on 9/2/2025 & 1/5/2026 (June & recital rehearsals are not included and will be added in May)
Sibling Discount: 20% discount off the first 2 siblings in a family. 30% off 4 or more siblings.
Military Discount: 10% off for our military families
Unlimited Dance Classes (company classes not included in unlimited rates):
$215.00 for students taking more than an average 5 45/60 minute classes a week.
$250.00 for students taking more than 7+ hours of dance a week
Company/Crew Technique Classes:
Technique 1 & 2: $25.00 a month or 1 payment of $225.00
Crew 1 & 2: $25.00 a month or 1 payment of $225.00
Technique 3 & 4, Crew 3: $20.00 a month or 1 payment of $200.00
Crew 4: $15.00 a month or 1 payment of $135.00
Payment Methods:
- Check or Cash: Accepted in person at the studio.
- Credit/Debit Card (Parent Portal or Autopay): Charges a 4% convenience fee after the original payment is processed.
-: ACH: Charges a 2% convenience fee after the original payment is processed. *Please note that if you pay this fee again with a credit card, you will be charged another convenience fee.
- Zelle or Venmo: Do not tag the payment as “good or services.” Simply type “dance,” “costume,” or an emoji.
All payments, including registration fees, tuition, costumes, recital tickets, and associated fees, are non-refundable.
